The property has been fully insulated, the outside walls have been filled with blown polystyrene, and  the attic has been insulated to a depth of 8 inches. In the middle of winter, we only have to put the central heating on for an hour or two in the evening, and we are warm as toast for the rest of the night. Our monthly energy bill is £60 for gas and electric. We are Level D on the dreaded council tax. Our water is not metered. Our drive is big enough for our motorhome and family car, with room to spare.

We are also willing to sell the house fully furnished! if that is of interest to you.

Obviously this would be a seperate negotiation, but it would include everything, from the plasma tv, to the electric beds. The pots and pans, to the kitchen sink! The lawnmower to the mountain bikes! I mean EVERYTHING!!
